Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. The only variable fees are based on usage. If we are providing a huge number of conversations to your customers then we charge for the compute inference costs beyond the first 1 million tokens per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Subscriptions and licenses are managed via our online portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details. We are not able to refund any unused subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately no. We only charge based on what we provision, so we don't refund for services that have been provisioned. Please review our refund policy for more information.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No, there is no minimum contract length. You can choose to pay monthly or annually based on your preference. Either subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually.
